Avanti's CRM communications rely heavily on email marketing. We audited each user-journey and comms category within this channel, and developed a new look and feel for the suite, working to leverage the brand's innate sense of charm, delight and wry humour within each design.
An increased focus on tone of voice, dynamic personalisation, illustration and animation provided an injection of character into AWC's comms. An atomic pattern library was created to ensure efficiency and consistency in design delivery, and to allow additional time for brief development and creative thinking.
