Avanti worked with helia to develop a brand-owned loyalty programme to replace their partnership with Nectar. We created a suite of CRM comms for members, including destination inspiration, rewards reminders and membership status updates.

An evergreen approach to design exploration allowed ongoing evolution of the Club Avanti design system, driving retention and reward redemption to exceed forecasted expectations.

The programme has been a major success story in CRM and loyalty, gaining 375,000 members in its first 24 months. Club Avanti won Best Loyalty Initiative within Travel category at the 2024 International Loyalty Awards, beating Avios and First National Bank, and scooped the Customer Engagement and Loyalty category at the 2024 Marketing Society awards.
