An increased focus on tone of voice, dynamic personalisation, illustration and animation provided an injection of character into AWC's comms. Once tested, a modular, atomic pattern library was created to ensure efficiency and consistency in design delivery, and to allow additional time for brief development and creative thinking.
Avanti West Coast wanted to differentiate themselves from the previous operators, Virgin trains, to create a brand that was uniquely theirs. Our comms strategy included the creation of four comms pillars, a complete TOV overhaul and extensive, 'evergreen' design exploration.
